Jason at Heritage hearing is VERY knowledgeable, takes time to explain everything, and is patient with all questions. I like Starkey hearing aids because they work well, have multiple accessories (for example, external microphones for meetings), and are U.S. – made. Jason also provides things like ear cleaning that no other (of 4!) audiologist did for me. Office staff is friendly and accommodating for appointment making (and cancellations).

Not hearing doctors just a sales man than convive you that you that it will work. Had Enough of rip offs. (2023) Wrote this when I first got the hearing aids from them. I was really disappointed at the time. After several tune ups and reworking of them they now work to my expectations! Heritage Hearing has been very helpful. Stacia and her staff are very accommodating. I was with my 87 year old mom, who has had bilateral hearing lots for years and was overdue for a checkup. When I returned to the office they were removing ear wax and the process was fascinating. I mentioned that 1 of my docs said I had a bad wax build up on my right ear. She proceeded to clean out my ear while mom was being tested. Long story short, after hearing about my tinnitus and the prolonged amount of loud sounds I have been exposed to she tested my hearing also. Mom is getting replacement bilateral hearing aids and I’m getting my first pair. My hearing has been getting worse since my last hearing exam 10 years ago. I could hear very well and the constant tinnitus was gone when she paired up the sample set using her computer. I highly recommend Stacia and her crew. They are great!

I didn’t think I would qualify because I already have digital hearing aids….When Stacia programed in my settings and tried them on me, I was so excited. I was hearing better than I had in 40 years.
